Some moments deserve a second chance. Every person deserves privacy, dignity, and the freedom not to respond.
Use genuine encounters
Post only about an encounter you personally experienced in a public place. Respond only when you reasonably believe the post describes an encounter involving you. Do not impersonate someone or test, deceive, or entrap another user.
Protect private information
Do not include exact home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, license plates, government identifiers, work schedules, live travel details, or other information that could expose or locate someone. Use a public venue or general area.
Respect boundaries
A post or response is an invitation, not an obligation. Do not pressure someone to reply, move to another platform, meet, reveal their identity, or share contact information. Accept rejection, withdrawal, silence, blocking, and closed conversations immediately.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Threats, stalking, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or encouragement of harm.
- Sexual, exploitative, or objectifying content.
- Hate, discrimination, or attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Content involving or directed toward a person under 18.
- Scams, spam, solicitation, commercial promotion, or illegal activity.
- False claims, impersonation, doxxing, scraping, or attempts to identify a stranger.
Report and block
Report content that violates these rules and block accounts you do not want to interact with. Do not retaliate or submit knowingly false reports. If there is immediate danger, call 911 rather than relying on the app.
Enforcement
Violations may result in reduced visibility, content removal, conversation closure, account restriction, suspension, or deletion. Serious or repeated abuse may be acted on without warning. Contact support@dreamingabovelabs.com with questions.
